Scrapbooking to go Part 2

Here are some pages I did on my mini album today.

The Drive in

Last summer when we were on vacation we went to the drive in and saw Toy Story 3. I was hoping to go again this summer. Cars 2 was playing so this week so last night we went to the drive in to see it. We went with some friends who recently moves to the area. All the kids were in their pj's and the backs of our vans were lined with pillows and blankets. Of course we snacked on popcorn, candy, and soda. I mean no movie experience is complete without popcorn, candy, and soda We had a great time and our kids stayed awake for the whole movie. I think the caffeine helped in that department. Here are a few shots of our drive in fun.

Having some quiet time

Even though we are on vacation I still think it's important to have a little quiet time during the day. After a busy morning we came back to our trailer so Ian could take a nap and we could have dinner before heading back out again. While I was making dinner Isabella sat at the table to read her book. She wasn't all that excited about it but after a few minutes she was deep into her book and laughing out loud at the funny parts. I think I'll join her tomorrow and make some quiet time for myself.

Scrapbooking to go

We are going on vacation and I wanted to be able to do some scrapbooking while we were gone so put all the stuff I was going to need in this cute little plastic case. I have the mini album where all of our photos will go, some pens, glue dots, washi tape, embellishments, scissors, and hole punch. I'm hoping to get most of our photos developed and into the album before we get home. I'm sure I'll be doing my scrapbooking late at night just like when I'm home. I'll post pictures of my progress so keep check back soon.

Military Inspired

This is another mini album I made this week. I made it for a young girl from our church who we've know since she was a little girl. Her boyfriend is in the Marines and has been away at training for about a month now. Her mom hired me make this for her and I was thrilled to do it. I gave to them today and they loved it. I can't wait to see it all filled with photos of her Marine.

More Mini Albums

I've been busy working on mini albums over the last two weeks. Here is a custom order album I did for a friend. It's a pregnancy album for her sister in law. I think it came out pretty cute. I'll post another custom order album I did for a friends daughter. He's in the Marines so it's military inspired. It also came out pretty cute if I do say so myself.
